Refund & Cancellation
Clear guidelines on how we handle service cancellations and payment reversals at Maza Tax.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered only if the service request has not been initiated by our professional team. Once a Chartered Accountant or Consultant has begun processing your application, the service fee becomes non-refundable.
2. Cancellation Rules
Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing an order. To cancel, please email support@mazatax.com with your Order ID.
3. Non-refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable:
- Government-mandated application fees and taxes.
- Digital signature (DSC) procurement costs.
- Services that have reached the 'Under Review' or 'Processing' status.
4. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed via Razorpay to the original payment method. The amount typically reflects in your bank account within 5-7 working days, depending on your bank's policies.
5. Failed Payments
If your payment was debited but the order failed, the amount is usually reversed automatically by the payment gateway within 48 hours. If the issue persists, please contact our financial desk.
